A key element of the Partner Up project was conducting study visits and engaging in peer learning to understand different European contexts and share best practices related to upskilling. Study visits were held in seven countries—Croatia, Italy, Ireland, Cyprus, Romania, Greece, and Latvia—and at the European level. While visits in Croatia, Ireland, and Cyprus were conducted in person, the others were held online. These activities allowed partners to learn from local organizations, discuss challenges, and exchange ideas. The report summarizes and analyzes the lessons learned from these visits, highlighting the unique contexts of each country while drawing comparable insights. The study visits were crucial in fostering collaboration, reflecting on overarching trends, and brainstorming solutions to common challenges in upskilling across Europe.
